VEGAN + GF BISCUITS


Ya'll, I LOVE me some biscuits and I like them warm from the oven. These are awesome with fruit and honey, chocolate gravy or with your vegetables on the dinner plate!



VEGAN + GF BISCUITS

2 Cups Bob Red Mills 1:1 Baking Flour (GF)
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 TBSP Honey
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Earth Balance Dairy Free/Soy Free Butter (red tub or red box of sticks)
1 Cup Original Unsweetened Almond Milk

Mix all the dry ingredients. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and honey until moistened. Turn out on lightly floured surface, knead 8-10x. Roll out to 3/4" inch. Cut into circles, place on ungreased cookie sheet or parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
